A policy designed to protect contractors, principals, subcontractors and lenders for civil engineering projects (buildings, roads, bridges, dams, canals, tunnels, water supply etc.). Provides all-risk coverage for construction works against accidental damage, fire, flood, earthquake, collapse and similar perils, subject to specified exclusions.
