- 1)Death or bodily injury to third-party persons, including pillion riders, arising out of the use of the insured motorcycle.
- 2)Damage to third-party property caused by the insured motorcycle, subject to limits prescribed by the Nepal Insurance Authority.

- Loss or damage due to theft or attempted theft of the insured motorcycle.

- Storm, cyclone, hurricane, hailstorm, or similar natural events
- Riot, Strike, and Malicious Damage
- Damage caused by riot, strike, civil commotion, or malicious acts by third parties.
