- अ) बीमा प्रारम्भ मितिले ३ वर्षभित्र बीमितको मृत्यु भएमा बीमाङ्क रकम
- आ) बीमा प्रारम्भ मितिले ३ वर्ष पूरा भए देखि ५ वर्ष पूरा हुनु भन्दा अगाडी बीमितको मृत्यु भएमा बीमाङ्कको १५० (एक सय पचास) प्रतिशत रकम
- इ) बीमा प्रारम्भ मितिले ५ वर्ष पूरा भए पश्चात बीमितको मृत्यु भएमा बीमाङ्कको २०० (दुई सय) प्रतिशत रकम
